Each Empress Violet disc comes with a free CupMate sterilizer and a beautifully designed cylinder box made from 100% recycled and recyclable materials.

To use the CupMate is really easy, fill it with water, place your L’unica menstrual disc inside, and microwave according to the instructions. Allow it to cool before removing the disc. Microwave sterilization is a fast and effective method to ensure your L’unica disc stays hygienic and ready for use. After sterilizing, rinse with clean water.
